Look who's....

cutting teeth, saying "Da-Da", sitting up and just turned 7 months old???? Brynlee Grace and Chance Matthew!!!!

What a horrible Mom I am, I failed to post your 7 month happenings. You two have done so much over the past month. Here is what you are up to:

Eating:
You both have great appetites and eat pretty much anything that we feed you. Mommy prepares your food from scratch and she is so happy she chose to do that. I pray that our decision to feed you this way will keep you both very healthy and eating well for years to come.

Right now, you are eating:



Veggies - avocados, sweet potatoes, green peas, sweet peas, green beans, carrots and squash

Fruit - apples, bananas, prunes, peaches, nectarines and pears

You are both loving the new Yo Baby Yogurt Blends too!



Sitting up/Crawling:

You are both sitting up very well and most of the time are sitting up without any support. You are able to grab at things on the floor and 99% of the time, you do not fall face first. Brynlee, you are really becoming very mobile and are army crawling all over the place. You think you are so big, crawling and rolling over to get where you want to go. Brother, you just love to watch your sister rolling around everywhere. Daddy and I think that you are contemplating how to pass her up and just get on all fours and take off. You both love tummy time much more then before and will lay on your bellies and play and play. You both still love your exersaucers and will play and jump until you are completely worn out.



"Da-Da-Da" - you are both saying Da-Da and your Daddy lights up and smiles from ear to ear everytime he hears you. Even when you are having a major meltdown Brynlee Grace, Daddy still smiles when you cry his name. I am working so hard to get the two of you to say "Ma-Ma" and you are just not having it. You will smile big when you hear "Ma-Ma", but you will not say it. I really thought you would say it first Chance, but you said "Da-Da" instead. It better be "Ma-Ma" before "ball" and "bow" are said.

Teeth:
Chance you have your bottom 2 front teeth. You poor baby, you cut them both within just a week of each other. You are actually much better during the process then I thought you would be. You do get a runny nose, run a low grade fever and slobber everywhere, but you are still very smiley and happy. You are a happy little guy and nothing really ever keeps you from smiling except when you are hungry. Brynlee, you still have not cut any teeth and it does not seem that you are going to any time soon. But we are waiting for the day that you do.




Brynlee and Chance, you are the light of our lives, the joy in our hearts and reason that we are alive. You both have brought such joy to this house and Daddy and I could not imagine our life without you. God truly blessed us when "God gave us you!" (the name of the first book we ever bought you before we even knew who you were) We love you and are so proud that you are our children!
