Richard T. Ivey, MD, assistant professor, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. Dr. Ivey completed residencies in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston and in Gynecology Oncology at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, Oklahoma City.
We had a great appointment with him. Dr. Ivey is very personable and loves his job! He was very informative about what happens in a twin pregnancy and delivery, which answered a lot of questions for us 1st timers. He took a look at the babies and said they were looking great and growing. They were moving around so much doing, somersaults in my belly. I cannot wait to feel them moving! At one point, one of the babies was opening and closing it's hand. It was as if he was watching his hand trying to figure out what was going on. It was the cutest thing. We just cannot wait to hold and kiss them. Watching them moving around in there is so amazing. Every time we see them, it becomes even more real that we are about to become parents to two small babies that will depend on us for everything. What a scary, exciting, overwhelming blessed feeling. Please continue to pray for us daily.
Love to you all!

I am so excited for you guys & can't wait to find out the sex of those sweet little babies. Do you know when you find out? I hope you are feeling well.
So exciting! It shouldn't be much longer until you find out the sex of the babies so be sure to call me when you know. Can't wait! I always enjoy reading your updates.

I am so glad you like your doctor - that is so important!
Now the time is really going to fly. I am so excited, I can't wait to go and see them for myself. You know how mom's and grandma's are, they have to see it for themselves that their children and grand children are alright.
Love you,
MOM ~!~
