Nephew Updates

Our precious nephews are growing so big.  They are the light of our world right now and we have to brag about them every chance that we get.  Hudson is doing great and getting so big.  He is developing such a personality and is undoubtedly a Carnes boy.  He is still calling me Elmo and it is the sweetest sound to my ears (besides my babies heart beats.)  He is doing so well after his surgery in June and is weighing in at 23lbs.   He is growing so big!  He had an appointment last week to see the doctor and they told them not to bring him back for 6 months.  That is a good feeling.  He has so much energy and keeps us laughing.  He keeps B and Steph on their toes.  We saw Hudson last night and Sean finally got to hear him say his name.  That brought a huge smile to Uncle Sean's face.  Hudson had a hard time warming up to Sean for a while.  He is just much bigger and scarier than Daddy.  But now he loves his Uncle Sean and loves to sit in his lap.  We kept him over the weekend and he is just such a great little boy.  If our babies are half as good as he is, we will be extremely lucky.  He is so laid back and nothing seems to bother him.  I think he gets that from both his mommy and daddy!  ;0)  Take a look at our family albums and see pics of from over the weekend.

Kaylon is growing and changing daily.  He gained a full pound in one week and now weighs 5lbs. and 10oz.  He is eating like a champ!  He is so fun to kiss on and takes all of Aunt Mel's kisses in stride.  Sean is a very proud uncle and smiles everytime he sees him or hears his name.  He now understands the indescribable love you feel when your brother (or sister) has a child.  It is truly amazing!
