Life in the Forey house is very hectic since the arrival of the twins. We are doing great and they seem to amaze me everyday with how much they change not only in looks, but the things they do. Of couse most of the time, all they do is eat, sleep, poop and cry. But on an occassion, they will do something to make us go "aahh". They are very strong with holding their heads up. It is a little nerve racking because they will flop their heads around without any warning to us, but love to lift their little heads up and look around. When Chance hears a familiar voice, he will raise his little head with his eyes open as if he is looking to see that he was right about who was talking. Brynlee is very strong. She loves to lay on her stomach and push on her legs like she is ready to take off. Nana is convinced that she will crawl before too long. ;0) Chance has a very strong head and moves around in his bassinet a lot. He will be rolling over before too long. They have both grown so much. Brynlee is weighing 6lbs. 4.5oz and is 18 1/4in. long. Chance is weighing 6lbs. 3oz. and is 18.5in. long. They are pretty close in size but Brynlee looks so much bigger then Chance. We are praying that he will catch up and eventually pass her up and be the "bigger, younger brother." We are keeping our fingers crossed. Brynlee eats like a trucker and only cries when she is hungry. She thinks that if she is awake, she should be eating. Chance on the other hand, takes forever to eat and doesn't mind being awake without a boob or a bottle in his mouth! They are both so different and we just laugh about how their personalities are Sean and I made over. Their looks change daily. Chance's little head is filling out perfectly and seem to be no signs left of how Brynlee laid on his head the whole time. Brynlee still has a head full of dark hair and I am praying that she does not lose any of it. It is perfect for bows and she is adjusting to wearing them on a daily basis. They both still have blue eyes. Chance's eyes are little lighter then Brynlee's. Her eyes seem to be getting darker and she may end up with Mommy's dark eyes to go along with her dark hair. They are eating 3oz of either formula or breast every 3 hours...on the dot! So I am not getting much sleep. My mom is still staying with us to help out and we are so blessed to have her. Cannot imagine how crazy I would be right now if she were not here to help! Still not getting much sleep with her here though because I have to get used to being up with them when I am on the "night shift" by myself. I am getting pretty good about holding and feeding the both of them at the same time. It was a little scary picking one up with one hand while holding another, but I am getting pretty good at it. We are all doing very well and adjusting as best as we possibly can right now. Life has changed so much for us and we are praising and thanking God daily for our two blessings. Thank you to everyone for the calls to check on us, the food that has been dropped by and all of the visitors. We love visitors and all are welcome at any time!!! Keep checking on us and I promise to update as much as I possibly can!!!
Love to you all!!!

Love, love, love your updates Melissa. I'm so happy the twins are growing and progressing so fast! We're always praying for the best--and lots of energy--for you and Sean.
Sleep is definitely something of our past... i now realize why i slept so much as a child/teenager... to stock up for motherhood!
