You two have done so much over the past month. You are growing and changing daily..it is hard to keep up sometimes.
Here is what you have been up to over the last few weeks.
- You are both becoming so mobile and I am contantly chasing you around, telling you "no, don't touch, don't put that in your mouth, be careful..." it just goes on and on.
- Brynlee, you are crawling everywhere and are getting into everything. You pull up on everything and everyone and you have to touch anything that is in your sight. Chance, you are just scootin' along everywhere and getting pretty fast. You just do not want to crawl and are perfectly content with just scootin' to get where you need to go. You put everything in your mouth and do not pass by anything without it going straight to your mouth.
- You both are very happy babies and seem to be happier the more mobile that you become. You smile constantly until a camera is in your face and then you decide that it is grouchy face time. Very frustrating for a picture freak Mommy like me!
- You both eat GREAT!!!! You love veggies, fruit, oatmeal, yogart, cheese, and mexican food (that's my babies). You love to feed yourselves finger foods. Not a day or meal goes by without you eating Cheerios. Not really big on trying to eat with a spoon yet, would much rather use your fingers.
- You love each other so much and smile everytime you see each other in the mornings and after naps. You do fight over toys and love to pull each others' hair, but you also love on each other and it makes Mommy and Daddy smile everytime that you do!
- You are both still babbling and not really saying much words. We are trying to teach you to say "brother and sister" but it isn't going very well. You both can sure shake your heads "no" though and you do it quite often.
- You both wave "bye-bye" but not on command, of course and usually when the person you are supposed to be waving to has turned away.
- You are both becoming a little friendlier with other people. You love the big kids at church to carry you around everywhere and play with you. You are getting much better in the church nursery.
- You both are still amazed by your two cousins Hudson and Kaylon and smile everytime they are around.
- Chance, you have discovered that there is a whole new world outside of your crib. Every morning when we go in to get you, you have pulled down your bumper pad and are looking through the slates of your crib, just smiling from ear and ear. You both get so excited when we walk into your room to get you. Your legs start going crazy, you smile and scream. It brightens our day every morning!
- You are both very sweet and loving babies. Daddy and I love to snuggle with you every evening before putting you to bed.
- You are both gettting much better about falling asleep on your own. We are developing a better nighttime routine that seems to be working for the both of you and you are sleeping much better.
Cannot believe that you are getting so big and you seem to amaze us everyday. We love you both more then you will ever know! Thank you blessing our lives with such joy!!!
