Dewberry Farms 2010

For you readers who are not from the Houston area, you are missing out on a precious Fall activity in Brookshire. Dewberry Farms is a large acreage of land that has a petting zoo, playground, corn maze, pig races, pumpkin patches, digging for gold, and hay rides. It is a great place for Fall pictures of the kiddos and a great family atmosphere. We headed to Dewberry Farms a couple of weeks ago with Papa and Nana Holly. The twins had so much fun and saw a bunch of things they had never seen before. We took them to the petting zoo to see rabbits, a horse, baby chicks, and pigs. Brynlee was a brave girl and pet a little bunny. It was so cute and she was so proud of herself. Chance loved the ducks and baby chicks. The weather was gorgeous and we had such a great time. There was a little playground for the smaller kids and they loved it. They slid down this double slide probably 100x and Nana Holly and Papa carried them up there each time. They were such good sports everytime!
